I will take my hand each day and lead myself along the way
remember there's no hurry
I will soothe my troubled mind be kind and remind myself
I do not have to worry

I can just do my best each day come what may
and then try again tomorrow
As I take my rest I trust I'll be okay
I will come through times of suffering and sorrow

I will try to live each day
as if it's my last in this beautiful place
I will take the time to wander far away
see the stars feel the sun upon my face

I will keep my eyes upon the path
and on the next step just in front of me
When all seems lost and hopeless
then also comes the time of greatest opportunity

I will let the universe breathe me
set me free to wander where it wants to take me
I will not struggle to swim upstream, it's just a dream
destined only to forsake me

I will trust that my life on this earth has a purpose
part of an ever expanding evolution
If the human race is to survive we must strive to embrace
the inner revolution

I will try to live each day
